TRG acquires real estate where we can utilize our unique depth of commercial real estate knowledge and experience to create value for tenants and position them for success while enhancing the local communities. Our primary focus is commercial retail, however we are open to evaluate and explore other asset classes.

We’ve built out a strong preferred development program for retailers or companies looking to expand rapidly throughout the United States.

Our projects are typically re/development heavy as they require substantial capital investment and work to bring them back to life or we build ground up. We typically acquire sites with significant vacancies, major deferred maintenance, the ability to develop on excess land or undeveloped land parcels for future development.

We are actively seeking the following opportunities and have the ability to perform all cash quick closings:

Preferred development partnerships with retailers/companies looking to expand throughout the United States

Investment properties with vacancy or the ability to add value by developing on excess land

Strategic joint venture partnerships with a value-add component

Vacant freestanding outparcels or large retail tenant boxes for re-tenanting or adaptive reuse projects

Properties with deferred maintenance or acquiring foreclosed properties in all cash transactions

Acquiring non-performing loans from lenders or REO from Special Servicers

Acquiring off market properties (we’ll compensate buyer’s agents)
